Subject: [geometry] covered_by not in 1.48.0?

Hi,
"covered_by" is mentioned in the Release Notes for 1.48.0 as an additional algorithm. I cannot find this reflected neither in the documentation, nor in the library source code. Any suggestions what I should look for?
