[Boost-testing] [mpl] marking copy expected failure on HP-UX/aCC6

On HP-UX/aCC6, mpl library test copy fails to compile because the compiler
runs out of memory.

Please, mark this test expected failure for toolset "acc" in both 1.34
and HEAD.
