I've merged in most of Perforce's latest stuff (yes, they keep moving
the target) into the 'perforce_2_4_merge' branch. It doesn't quite
bootstrap yet; I'm not sure what the problem is.
Worse, I think I failed to properly tag the branch before adding the
latest Perforce stuff, though I tried.
