[boost] shifted_ptr<> reviewed?

Hi,

    I just wanted to know if shifted_ptr.zip is going to be revised for the
stable version of Boost.  The sandbox looks like a big step ahead;
smart_ptr<>s are completely different ;)  I am reworking offset.hpp right
now.
