Hi Chen,
Problem is very simple if annoying. All the uBLAS matrix/vector resize
functions take a 'preserve' parameter. This default to 'true'.
The coordinate and other sparse matrix types do not as yet have an
implementation of resize with preserve. Therefore they throw an exception.
