Hi Joaquin,
Thanks for your help! I tried creating a project and turned "Using
precompiled headers to "Not using precompiled headers" and tried your code.
That compiled! I think I should do that in my project too, will try that
and let you know, but I am not sure I can do that in our official code.
Will try that and let you know anyway. But thanks a lot for your help! My
first real multi_index program worked!
