FYI, I just found VS2013 debugger visualizers for boost here:

Just download and double-click to install. So far works like a charm!
I didn't find them listed in the wiki at
https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/DebuggerVisualizers
It may be a good idea to update the wiki page with the VS2013 info.
