I cannot reproduce it with neither Boost Trunk nor Boost 1.46.1 on my
system, some POWER5 running AIX 5.3.
Both 1.46.1 and trunk builds cleanly without any warnings or errors at
all.

Which compiler version and Boost version are you attempting to use?
