Hi,

I have x-compiled Boost using Pthreads-w32, using threading=multi,single
threadapi=pthread.

But when I x-compile my application Boost uses the win32 headers. I have
looked at the thread sources but I cannot find out if it just should
work or that I should use some macros.

Can anyone help me with this?
