I finally had to grab this manually from SourceForge. For some reason
the installer won't grab
libboost_unit_test_framework-vc90-mt-s-1_42.lib, and I needed it.
This was while setting it to download everything for VC90 and manually
trying to set it to download all files for the Boost Unit Test
Framework.
