Subject: [Boost-users] Why there are accepted libraries that doesn't included in boost distribution yet ?

I just perused the formal review lists in boost website and I noticed there are some libraries like scope exit and factory that's been flagged as accepted but not in included in current boost distribution. Why is that ?
One more thing, where can I find information about libraries that will be added to the next boost release ?
