Following some of the discussion regarding phoenix made me want
to find out more about proto.
After poking around, I found proto package in the trunk on my
machine. I updated my local trunk for these directories.
I found documentation for proto in *.qbk and Boost Book
XML files. How do I browse this documentation? or
where do I get the html documentation for this package?
