I've been searching thru the achive to try to get this to work, but
haven't been able to get it to compile. I need a mpl::vector with up
to 100 items. In the preprocessed headers there is a big comment that
says // -- DO NOT modify by hand!. How can I regenerate these
preprocessed headers with more possible items in the list.
