Hi Boost,

I've just updated the Debugger Visualizers wiki at

  http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/DebuggerVisualizers

The main change is that the visualizer files are now all available at

  
https://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/sandbox/boost_docs/subprojects/DebuggerVisualizers

and, thanks to the effort and interest of Jon Fogh, there is a new 
visualizer for boost::interprocess::offset_ptr.
