Hi,

You should just set the BOOSTROOT environment variable to 
{YourPath}\boost_1_33_1

The header files are in {YourPath}\boost_1_33_1\boost and the libraries 
(you must build them) are in {YourPath}\boost_1_33_1\bin\lib.
