I haven't yet finished all the changes necessitated by the review.
Looking at my calendar, it seems unlikely I'll be able to get back to
Accumulators before the end of September.
It *is* checked into version control -- the boost-consulting.com svn
server. You can find the latest version here:

This version is more recent than what is in the file vault. It has much
of the review feedback and a bunch of new stats.
