It turns out that the maths toolkit has a script, written by Joao
Abecasis, which I could use. So now I've uploaded a new version which
should just require you to set BOOST_ROOT to the root of your Boost
implementation for it to work (but remember that you only need to build
anything if you want to run the unit tests).
