This is fixed in
http://boost.cvs.sourceforge.net/*checkout*/boost/boost/libs/thread/src/tss_hooks.cpp?revision=1.5
but the fix is currently scheduled to appear in 1.35. I'll ask on the
developer list whether to merge it into 1.34 as well.
