Hello,
Simple/quick question: is boost::posix_time::ptime
boost::posix_time::second_clock::universal_time(), which is described as
UTC in the boost manual page, equal to GMT? If not, what is the
difference between UTC and GMT?
As I understood it, UTC is the "new" name for GMT, but I'm not sure.
