Is boost::to_upper() still a part of Boost?
I did a grep on the Boost includes today and did not find to_upper.
Has it been renamed or deprecated?
boost.org does list to_upper() in its online docs (boost.org Home >
Documentation > Nightly CVS), but I can't find it in the online docs
for the current release or the (offline) documentation that comes with
Boost.
