Then you are going to have to figure out why BOOST_NO_WREGEX is getting set
and fix the problem - it may not be possible if your platform is lacking
something that regex wants here, when your ready to look into it let me know
(hint start by running libs/config/test/config_info.cpp and see which BOOST
config options are set).
