We need more test runners for VC++ 2010, 2012, and 2013
If you would like give it a try, see "Running Boost's Automated Regression
and Reporting" in
http://www.boost.org/development/running_regression_tests.html
The immediate need is for testing "develop", but there is also an eventual
need for testing "master".
