[Boost-testing] Clean Python tests

Folks who run tests incrementally -- can you please remove all Boost.Python
test results? 

I've just committed a change that fixes some slight differences between V1
and V2, but unfortunately that means that target path for all Python tests
changes. Specifically, the path no longer has threading-multi in it. If the
tests are not removed, we'll have duplicate set of test results.
