[Boost-testing] Missing toolsets from 1.33.1 to 1.34

Hello, the following compilers (among other less important
ones) are not being tested against RC_1_34_0

* Comeau 4.3.3
* IBM Visual Age
* HP aC++
* CW 8.3
* CW 9.5

Any chance we get the volunteers to test those? In Boost 1.33
the valiant folks were:

* Comeau: Bronek Kozicki
* IBM Visual Age: Toon Knapen
* HP aC++: Toon Kapen??
* CW 8.3: the people at Metacomm
* CW 9.5: Stephen Carson
