A few testers (wille, rudbek, comsoft, epstein) seem to still have results
from the testtime_zone testcase which was removed (actually renamed to
testcustom_time_zone) a couple weeks back. When folks get a chance it would
be nice if we could clean out these legacy results (not sure what the process
is anymore).
