Hi,
I'm self assigning for the problem
https://github.com/boostorg/gil/issues/401. Since this is my first issue, I
would like to check if my plan has any problems.
My plan:
1. Replicate the problem in file gil/test/extension/io/png_read_test.cpp ,
somewhere in the auto tests section, probably at the end.
2. Fix the problem
3. Ensure tests pass
4. PR straight to gil/develop
