Disabled use of long double when BOOST_MATH_NO_LONG_DOUBLE_MATH_FUNCTIONS is defined.
Disabled special-double precision error rates when BOOST_MATH_NO_LONG_DOUBLE_MATH_FUNCTIONS is defined.
