Subject: [Boost-build] PDB still not installed for MSVC builds

Hi!
Building boost_1.57 for MSVC by this commands (differend because
incompatibility of link=shared with runtime-link=static),
All builds fine, but PDBs aren't copied with DLLs and LIBs
