Good evening chaps,
It appears the latest stable release of Boost Build
(boost-build-2.0-m12.zip) doesn't contain b2, bootstrap.sh, bootstrap.bat
etc.
These files are, however, present in the nightly releases from which I
successfully followed the tutorial.
