Subject: [Boost-build] Fwd: Lib folder does not appear in directory

Good Afternoon
I followed the "getting started" instructions to download boost using both
the .zip and .7z files, and with both downloads, the lib folder is not in
the directory. Is there another step I need to take to acquire this folder?
