Hi,
attached are two patches for user and development documentation which replace
"bjam" with "b2" where appropiate.
Okay to commit?
The sources also contain *lots* of "Boost.Jam" or "Boost Jam" string in
document etc. Should those be replaced by "Boost.Build" or left as is?
