Something is wrong. It seems that you have applied this latest patch to
a dirty sandbox. msvc.py and preprocessed.py have invalid content - they
contain both of my patches, one below the other. midl.py and mc.py are
OK, as they are changed only in the second patch.
In msvc.py - just remove the second half, the first one is more current.
In preprocessed.py - either half is good.
