execvms.c has been broken since 2007 if not earlier.
execmac.c never worked, AFAICT. I also just broke
fileos2.c (if it wasn't already broken).
Any objections if I remove the following files:
execmac.c, execvms.c, filemac.c, fileos2.c,
filevms.c, pathmac.c, pathvms.c, and build_vms.com?
These ports are completely untested. If anyone
really wants to resurrect them, they'll still
be available in the version control history.
