Subject: [Boost-build] Where is tools/build/v2?

I am new to boost and boost build, and having difficulty in setting up my
dev environment.
I am using the BoostPro Windows installer downloaded form this page(
http://www.boostpro.com/download/), version 1.47.
After installation, I could not find the the tools/build/v2 directory, which
was mentioned everywhere in Boost document, for example,
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_47_0/libs/python/doc/building.html.
Please help. Also, sorry if this is not the right list for this question. In
that case, I'd love your help pointing me to the right groups.
