Subject: [Boost-build] Building boost 1.46.1 for use with VC++ 6.0

I need to build the boost libraries so they will work with VC++ 6.0. I
don't know if this is even possible, as I've seen some posts about 6.0
being unsupported. If this is the case, could you let me know which
version of boost I need to go back to in order to support VC++ 6.0? And
how I would go about building that version?
