build.bat appears to go into an infinite loop when I try to build bjam
from Monday night's nightly ("SVN Revision 61893 May 10
17:45:19 MSD 2010") I'm attaching part of the output. I killed the run
then truncated the output.
I have vc6, vc7.1, and vc8 on my system.
