The attached patch allows images from latex used in
doxygen/boostbook documentation to be generated
automatically, when the feature <doxygen:xml-imagedir>
is specified. This is mostly taken from Eric's code in
libs/accumulators/Jamfile.v2. I've run a full documentation
build with this patch on Windows. As far as I can tell, it
doesn't break anything.
Okay to commit?
