Subject: [Boost-build] Expat link settings [bug 3300]

Could someone with more experience with Windows build issues take a look
at bug 3300 (https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/3300) and determine
the best way to fix it? Is find-shared-library supposed to find libexpat,
not just expat? Thank you for your help.
