Sorry to be such a newbie, but I'm not entirely sure what you mean by
the PATH layout of my project. Do you mean the physical directory
structure and where the jam files occur in it? In any case, the --
debug-configuration option indicates that bjam is loading the correct
site-config and user-config files.
