Hi Markus.
Ok, I managed to get new fixes working without changing the old
command line parameters gcc & qcc toolsets use by default. I also added
support you requested for hp_cxx & acc toolsets. I'll be committing this
as soon as I run some more tests on it - Boost Build tests, parts of the
Boost library build, compare commands logged for those builds before and
after the changes made, and whatever else I can think of...
I'll post here when I commit everything...

Just send me the exact command-line parameters to be used with those
toolsets and it should be a snap to add support for them too.
