   I can add this for you, but please just send me the exact 
command-line options you would like this to add when calling those 
compilers.

   As far as I gathered so far, you want '-pending_instantiations #' to 
be added to the compiler command line when using the hp_cxx compiler 
toolset with the <c++-template-depth># property set.
