[Boost-build] Fixed a problem with multiple conditional properties with conditions on subfeatures.

   Hi.

   Just fixed the problem with Boost Build ignoring conditional 
properties specified in addition to a subfeature condition. This fixes 
the failing conditionals_multiple.py test case.
