[Boost-build] Internal Boost Build testing from folders with spaces in their paths.

   Hi all.

   Just wanted to let you know running Boost Build tests from folders 
containing spaces in their paths on Windows now works correctly.

   Started to get on my nerves always having to subst the folder before 
running the tests... :-)
