Hmm, possibly you are just trying to use the g++ executable
from cygwin. Then the default flavor of the compiler will
be wrong for the environment you are using.
You need to specify: <flavor>mingw in your user-config.jam
then.
Anyways the basic question is: How do you want your resulting
executable able to be run?
Natively on windows? Or within the cygwin environment?
