Here is a patch that adds a "pythonpath" feature. This allows a Jamfile to
add elements to the PYTHONPATH environment variable setting, when running
python tests. Additionally, includes the patch from my previous email that
computes the pythonpath when a test depends on multiple python-extension
targets.
