Dave,
in working on Python port I've run accross --abbreviate-path
option, apparently added by you. There' no documentation for
it, either in docs or in code so I wonder if you intend that
to be a permanent solution for long paths issue, or that's
a workaround for some specific issue you had, or what.
Can you clarify?
