Couple more migration and general questions:
What is correspondence to INTEL_BASE_MSVC_TOOLSET?
Will --preserve-test-targets still work? Can I add it ot the user-config?
Can we make bjam to automatically log all it's output into something like
bjam.<toolset>.out?
