It would seem that the pdf and html documentation is out of sync. The html
appears to be more current. I'm using the "Quick access" in the upper
right-hand corner "Documentation" and "PDF" links on this page:
http://www.boost.org/tools/build/v2/index.html
For example, in the Detailed Reference of the html there is a "Builtin Rules"
section immediately following the "Command line" section. The PDF is missing
the "Builtin Rules" section.
