[Boost-build] nightly build broken?

Today I've downloaded http://boost.org/boost-build2/boost-build.tar.bz2 
and the contents of timestamp.txt is:

  Tue Feb  6 17:35:46 MSK 2007

does it means that the nightly build is broken?
