Hi,
Should we remove the ".v2" suffix from the build directories generated
by Boost.Build, now that we've retired v1? The only real concern I
have about this move is that bin.v2/ is an extremely distinctive name
that's unlikely to clash with an existing directory named bin/ (say,
if someone adds a Jamfile to an existing project that uses make).
